THE STATUTORY CORPORATIONS ACT, 1964 AN ACT to re-enact with amendments the Statutory Corporations Act, 1961 (Act 41), to make provision as respects the continuance of existing statutory corporations; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. DATE OF ASSENT: 6th April, 1964 On 30 March 2022 the Government passed amendments to the Corporations Act and has since received Royal Assent with the amendments coming into effect on 30 September 2022. The amendments create a new regime within the Corporations Act to govern Employee Share Schemes (ESSs).
