2011 Nissan Maxima original CVT had 155k. Fluid change was done at 148k and that is the fluid in the second picture. My assumption is the fluid did this because I had overheating and slipping problems when driving in Arizona summer for 15 minutes on the highway as well as rpm dropping while accelerating at about 20mph.
